Gift cards cannot be redeemed against third-party events that feature Sophie Robinson, such as the El Fenn Marrakech retreats - if in doubt, please check before purchase

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise on the card or receipt.

Gift cards are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

If the value of a purchase exceeds the gift card balance the remaining amount must be paid by card or other accepted payment method.

If the value of a purchase is lower than the balance the remaining amount will stay on the gift card until the expiry date.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
